The futuristic BMW Showroom Architecture is unique like their brand. Our intent is to maximize what end user considers valuable. To discover the unrealized and to make it unique is a speculative vision, which embraces the showroom as it currently exists and offers a key strategy for working within the Urban Culture to add moments of amplified activity. The Architectural interventions establish a web of relations and dependencies to make the best use of space and finite ecological resources. The project possesses a hierarchy of design levels, each with its own characteristics and rules. The main hierarchical level covers the Massing and Structuring of the entire block that encases the Natural light. It is shaped through Sun studies and Investigations of the Urban surroundings.
